Winford Lee 'Billy' Towe, 57 of Bastrop, LA died Friday, November 25, 2022 at his home.  He was a native of Baytown, TX, but spent most of his life in Hamburg, AR.  He was a construction worker and of the Baptist Faith.  He was an active outdoorsman and enjoyed doing auto mechanic work.

Mr. Towe was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Wynonna Morgan-Towe, a brother, Ralph David Towe (1999), three sisters, Nancy Copeland, Ozeal Cruz, and infant Rose Marie Towe.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Towe of Bastrop, LA, two sons, Ronnie Berry and wife Charlene of Okeechodee, FL and Matthew Berry and wife Maggie of Bastrop, LA, three daughters, Tasha Head and husband Mike of Dermott, AR, Destiny Johnson and husband Shane of Bastrop, LA, and Jessica Williams and husband Scott of Spearsville, LA, two brothers, Jessie Towe and wife Theresa of Lake Village, AR, and Bruce Towe and wife Sue of Hamburg, AR, one sister, Tina Morgan and husband Jessie of Hamburg, AR, twenty-three grandchildren, one great grandchild, and one on the way.

Funeral service is Sunday, November 27, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. graveside at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Bro. Shannon Ferrington officiating. Visitation 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Hickory Grove Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR. Pallbearers are Darrell McKoin, Anthony Smith, Chris Gilliam, Mart Nelms, Dusty Smith, and Daniel Sims. Honorary pallbearer is Stephen Middlebrooks.
