Mr. Willie Earl Scott, Jr. "Scottie", 44 of Crossett, AR, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Crossett and a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Earl Scott, Sr., and one brother, Christopher Scott. Scottie enjoyed watch television, riding around town, listening to music and dancing.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Vivian Scott, four sons: Derris Ballard, Stuart Ballard, Ingram Bell & Stephen Scott all of Crossett, AR, four daughters: Sherrese King, husband Makel of Crossett, AR, Gloleecia Bovan, husband Robert of Chicago, IL, Jasmine Turner and Shalisha Gibbs both of Crossett, AR, his mother, Mary Scott Gaston, husband Milton of Crossett, AR, one brother, Frederick Scott, wife Angela of Crossett, AR, one sister, Ruby Scates of Crossett, AR, thirteen grandchildren, and a host of other family, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11:00 am at Living Word Church of God In Christ with Minister Edna Adams & Bishop Joe Mason, officiating. Pallbearers are Emmanuel Black, Jimmy Thornton, Lazarus Adams, Keith Martin, Kim Thompson, James Jones, Byron Davis & Larry Martin. Honorary pallbearers are Lorenzo Keys, Dominique Coleman, Malik Coleman, Mario Scott, Kendall Scott, and Robert Scates, Jr. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
