Willie Carl "Dub" Gulley, Jr., age 74 of Parkdale, AR., transitioned on Wednesday May 1, 2024, at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Parkdale, a member of Union Baptist Church, and a retired truck driver. Willie was a car enthusiast and he enjoyed working on small engines. In his younger years he loved to play basketball and baseball.

He is preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Gulley, his parents Willie Carl Gulley, Sr., and Louise Dunning, four brothers James Bankston, Jessie Henson, Curtis Bankston, and Freddie Bankston, three sisters Pearlene Parker, Earnestine Robinson, and Deloris Bankston.

He is survived by three sons: William Gulley III of Hamburg, AR., Tyron Gulley, and William Gulley both of Fort Worth, TX., three sisters Lillie Brown-Porter of Little Rock, AR., Melvin Louise Armstrong "Cecil" of Greenbriar, AR., and Bunnie Gullette of Crossett, AR., two uncles James Earl Dunning "Faye" of Little Rock, AR., and Ralph Dunning "Fannie" of Bastrop, LA., nine grandchildren, other family members, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday May 11, 2024, at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dennis Hollis officiating. Pallbearers are Ralph Dunning, Chester Owens, Evernia Watkins, Nathan Henson, Sammie Jackson, and Melvin Robinson. Burial will be in Green Grove Cemetery in Parkdale, AR., under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc of Hamburg.

Family hour 10:00-11:00 A.M. at the chapel before the service.
