Mr. Willie Richard Ellis, 43 of Hamburg, AR, died Friday, April 10, 2015 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, AR, an employee of Hometown Tire in Crossett, AR, and was a member of Phillip Grove Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jelisa Ellis, his father, Willie Joe Ellis, one sister, Sylvia Inez Ellis, his maternal grandparents, Bill & Darlene Edwards Marshall and his paternal grandfather, Willie Lee Ellis. Willie enjoyed fishing and loved watching the Atlanta Falcons and the Atlanta Hawks play.

He is survived by one son, Willie D. Walker of Hamburg, AR, his mother, Doy Mae Rossiter of Hamburg, AR, one brother, Marcus D. Webster of New Mexico, one sister, Marie Hampton, husband Johnny of Hamburg, AR, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Friday, April 17, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Phillip Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Horace Ingram, officiating. Pallbearers are Darius Hampton, Jason Kelley, Derrick Williams, Charles Brown, George Dickerson, Daniel Smith, Michael Gilliam and McCoy Franklin, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers are the Hamburg High School Class of 1990 & Deacons of Phillip Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial in Johnson Memorial Cemetery.
