Mr. Willard Henry Choate, 52 of Hamburg, AR, died Friday, August 29, 2008 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, AR. Mr. Choate was a lifelong resident of Ashley County, a former welder, and a member of Rolfe Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Louis Choate on May 6, 2008 & Sandra Marlene Choate on February 23, 2008, one brother, Louis Edward and one sister, Carol Ann Choate. He served his country in the US Army.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mrs. Joyce Choate, two sons, Christopher A. Choate & Shawn Choate both of Hamburg, AR, one daughter, Anna Faye, husband Michael Turner of Crossett, AR, and six grandchildren, Christopher L., Matthew & Adam Choate, Hope Turner, Jada Hartley Choate & Kadence Carpenter Choate.

Funeral services are Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Rolfe Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Carlton White, officiating. Visitation Tuesday, from 6-8 PM at Rolfe Chapel. Pallbearers are Scotty Smith, Ricky Smith, Bryce Bond, Randy Hill, John Johnson & Sam Avants. Honorary pallbearers were Mike Poole & Jimmy Dixon. Burial in Egypt Cemetery.
