Viola Morris, 85, of Crossett, AR, died, Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Cherry Ridge Nursing Home in Bastrop, LA. She was a native of Parkdale, AR and a resident of Crossett for 65 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Davis Memorial C.O.G.I.C.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Morris,one daughter, Daisy Morris Jacob, her parents; John and Rosie Robinson Morris, four brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by one son, Brandon Morris, one daughter, Pamela Hollins (Sonny) all of Crossett, a foster daughter, Betty Cook (Micheal) of Ruther Glenn, VA, a sister-n-law, Marcedia Mooney, of Wilmot, Ar, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 27, 2010, at 11:00 am at Davis Memorial C.O.G.I.C. with Elder Roy Matheny Jr. officiating. Pallbearers are her nephews and Honorary Pallbeares are The Deacons & Trustee of Davis Memorial C.O.G.I.C.
