Venetra Diane Bryant, age 58 of Crossett transitioned on Monday April 8, 2024, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. She was a native of Crossett and a homemaker. Diane enjoyed shopping, reading books, and watching football.

She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur Lee "Mook" Bryant, Jr. and Gwendolyn Patricia Scott (2015), maternal grandparents, General Scott and Ruby Matheney Scott, paternal grandparents, Arthur Lee Bryant, Sr. and Lillie Bryant, uncles, Johnny Taylor, Albert Scott, Danny Scott, and Willie Earl Scott, Sr., aunts, Abbie Brown and Margaret Morgan.

She is survived by her brother Darryl Bryant of Little Rock, AR., and sister Gwennetta "Tresa" Bridges of Crossett, AR, seven nephews, three nieces, and a host of other family, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday April 20, 2024, at 10:30 A.M., at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curtis Johnson officiating. Active Pallbearers are Michael Palmer, Eric Adams, Darren Washington, Terrell Bryant, Brandon Bryant, and Dominic Bridges. Honorary Pallbearers are Darryle Bryant, Elijah Click and Le'Darryle Bryant. Burial will follow at Quinn Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc of Hamburg.

Due to inclement weather the Funeral Service will be held at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel.
