Mr. Travis Keith Knight, 65 of Hamburg, AR, died Saturday, May 4, 2013 at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, a retired boiler operator for Georgia Pacific Paper Mill and he was of the Baptist faith. He served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam era as a helicopter gunman.

He was preceded in death by one son, Michael Knight, his parents, Marvin Thornton & Arell Oden Knight, and one sister, Diann Vail. Travis was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting & fishing.

He is survived by one son, Richard Knight of Hamburg, AR, one daughter, Jennifer Covington Russell of Orange, TX, one brother, Jerry Knight, wife Connie of Crossett, AR, one sister, Peggy Wisecarver of Kansas City, KS, three grandchildren, Chandler Knight, Jayne Covington, Lydia Covington, and a host of nieces, nephews, other loved ones and friends.

Graveside funeral services are Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 11:00 am at Egypt Cemetery with Bro. Phillip Boles, officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Henry Sowyers, Richard , Chris, Thomas & Jamie Vail. Arrangements by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
Visitation Monday, May 6, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
