Mr. Tony Ellis Johnson, 58 of Crossett, AR, died Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at John McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. He was a native of Crossett, AR, an inspector for the City of Memphis, a member of Davis Memorial C.O.G.I.C. and was a US Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James "Bear" and Bessie Mitchell Johnson, and one sister, LaJetta Johnson. Tony loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by six brothers: Sammuel Green, James "Little Bear"Johnson, Carl Miles & Edward Miles all of Crossett, R, Ricky Johnson of Minneapolis, MN, Antoine Johnson of Hamburg, AR, three sisters: Avery Jean Brown of Temple Hills, MD, Lillian Powell, husband Warren of Richmond, CA, Donnie Burns of Crossett, AR, his best friend, his dog Tiger and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Remains were cremated. No memorial services are planned. Arrangements by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
