Mr. Roy Benjamin Brock, Jr., 69 of Crossett, AR, died Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the Ashley County Medical Center. He was an Ashley County native, but he lived for many years in Kansas City, MO. He was a retired dorm manager for Niles Home for Children in Kansas City, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Benjamin & Mattie Wright Brock, two brothers: William Charles "W.C." Brock and Charles Girtman and one sister, Ruby Perkins.

He is survived by two sons, Roderick Brock of Rochester, IL, Ryee Brock of Kansas City, MO, one daughter, Rolanda Brock of Kansas City, MO, one brother, Glenn Girtman of Newport News, VA, two sisters, Carolyn Webb of Crossett, AR and Barbara Jordan of Albuquerque, NM, four grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.

Remains will be cremated. Arrangements by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
