Mrs. Rosie Mae Raino, 82,of Wilmot, AR, died Sunday, June 10, 2012 at her home. She was a native of Crossett, AR and had resided in Wilmot for the past 70 years. She was a retired LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), and a member of the Union Baptist Church in Wilmot. Mrs. Raino enjoyed cooking, gardening, and working faithfully in her church.
Proceeding her in death were: her husband, Willie Raino, two sons, Bennie & Johnny Raino, one daughter, Betty Raino, her parents, Harry and Luberta Phillips-Raino, two brothers, Harry Jr. & J.D. Jackson, three sisters, Jessie Mae Willis, Mattie Dean & Christeen Heard.
Survivors include: one son, Tony O'Neal Raino, wife Tracy of Fort Smith, two daughers, Kathleen Hampton of Wilmot, AR, Angela Johnson, husband Chester of Gainesville, FL, one brother, Ivory Goodrum of Tracy, CA, one sister, Bonnie Mae "Ruthie" Penn of Wilmot, AR, twelve grandchildren, six great- grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral services are Friday, June 15, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Union Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Baker officiating. Pallbearers are Harry Cole, Paul Strickland, Chester Johnson, Stanton Johnson, Nate Stanley, and Charles Raino. Visitation is Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 5:30 to 6:30 at the Funeral Home. Burial in St. Martha Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
