Mr. Robert Lee Dawson, 71 of Naples, FL, died Friday, November 21, 2008 at Naples Community Hospital. Mr. Dawson was a native of Thebes, AR, but a resident of Florida for the past 52 years, and a retired lawn maintenance worker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lebirda Dawson, one daughter, Cynthia Dawson, one granddaughter, Tabitha Dawson, his parents, Clarence & Annie Mae Dawson & two brothers, Clarence Dawson, Jr. & Leonard Charles Dawson.

He is survived by one son, Raymond, wife Linda Dawson of Montrose, AR, one granddaughter, Kim Dawson of Montrose, AR, two brothers, James Dawson of Chicago, IL & Booker T. Dawson of Atlanta, GA and three sisters: Vera Dawson & Jessie Mae Chatman both of Montrose, AR & Viola Dawson of Chicago, IL.

Memorial services are Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 11:00 at Cromwell Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Mitchell, officiating. Honorary pallbearers are James, Ronnie, Wade, James & Booker T. Dawson. Remains were cremated.
