Obituary

Mr. Robert Lee "Dawg" Baldwin, 64 of Crossett, AR, died Friday, December 21, 2012 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Crossett, a former employee of Georgia Pacific Paper Mill, was a member of First Baptist Church and was a Mason, member of Exodus Lodge 403.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe & Lucille Ross Baldwin. Mr. Baldwin was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and horses. He enjoyed fox, squirrel & deer hunting. He was a member of Blue Buck Hunting Club, H &G Riding Club & the Dixie Region Team Pinning Assoc (DRTPA). He currently was serving as President of Blue Buck Hunting Club and H & G Riding Club. He also was a volunteer firefighter for the Milo Community.

He is survived by one son, Ryan Baldwin of Sioux Falls, SD, two daughters, Robbie Baldwin Stanley, husband Johnny of Hamburg, AR & Mona Baldwin of Crossett, AR, one adopted daughter, Ravion Baldwin of Hamburg, AR, one brother, Donald Baldwin, wife Erma of Warren, AR, one sister, Ollie Sylvester of Crossett, AR, and four grandsons: Ryan Jr. "R.J." & Damien Baldwin of Sioux Falls, SD, Rahmir Baldwin of Hamburg, AR & Roderick Baldwin of Crossett, AR, and a host of other family, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church on Florida Street with Rev. Curtis Jackson officiating. Pallbearers are Joe Shavers, Clifford Hawkins, Mark Orr, David Dickerson, Mario Moore, Sr. & Eddie Wayne. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.

Visitation Friday, December 28, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
