Ricky Eugene Bell, 72 of North Little Rock, AR, transitioned Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the University of Arkansas Medical Center.  He was a native of ElDorado, AR, a retired construction worker, and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Brown Bell (2014), his parents, Floyd and Obie Lee Goodwin Bell, three brothers, Floyd Jr. and George Bell, and Jay Goodwin, and, one sister, Doris Bell. Ricky enjoyed fishing, sitting on the porch entertaining friends, and trips to the casino.

He is survived by three sons, Rory Bell of North Little Rock, AR, Carlton Brown of Crossett, AR, and Rickey Turner of Dayton, OH, one daughter, Elbony Bell of North Little Rock, AR, one brother, Obie Mack Goodwin of Flint, MI, two sisters, Darlean Aaron of ElDorado, AR, and Dorothy and husband Pete Perry of Dayton, OH, three grandchildren, Kaylen Brown, Rory Bell Jr., and Jayden Randle, and other relatives and friends.

Graveside service is Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.  with Bro. Jasper Giles  officiating. Burial in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, Arkansas.
