Mr. Reggie Rydell Taylor, age 51, of Hamburg, AR passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, a retired employee of Hamburg School District where he worked as a Bus Driver and Custodian.  He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Hamburg.

He is preceded in death by infant son, Emanuel Taylor; paternal grandparents: Will and Thelma Glover-Taylor;  maternal grandparents: Ike and Lou Ella Grimes-Allen; Reggie enjoyed fishing, cooking and working on cars. When he was younger he enjoyed drag racing.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 28 years, Brenda Stanley-Taylor, parents: Reverend Willie Roy Taylor and Tessie Taylor both of Hamburg, AR; two daughters: Bridgett Taylor and Regina Taylor both of Bastrop, LA; four brothers: Reverend Gregory Taylor wife Tina of Montgomery, AL; Eric Taylor wife Octavia of Crossett, AR; Willie R. Taylor Jr. wife Tracie of Hamburg, AR; Ralph Hunter of El Dorado, AR; five sisters: Kim Collins of Rock Island, IL; Shelby Johnson husband Tim of Katy, TX; Stacy Taylor of Katy, TX; Barbara Mosely of Memphis, TN; Dorothy Taylor of Fort Wayne, IN; six grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Services will be held 1:00PM Thursday, February 23, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Reverend Gregory Taylor, officiating. Pallbearers are Lloyd Henry, Lee Niemmer, Willie Mays, Baron Johnson, Shamol Ricks, Roderick Tarven, Donald Pack, and Lawrence Stanley. Honorary Pallbearers are Deacons and Trustees of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Burial in Johnson Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2017 from 6:00PM-7:30PM at Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
