Mr. Ray Ford, 88 od Crossett, AR, died Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Ashley County Medical Center. He was a retiree of Georgia Pacific Paper Mill, a member of Gates Chapel A.M.E. Church and a US Army Veteran, serving in WWII.

He was preceded in death by one son, Keith Ford, his parents, Rich and Clara Ford, two brothers, Allen and Matthew Ford and two sisters, Evora Hicks and Ruth Williams.

He is survived by one son, Cleatis Ford of Milwaukee, WI, one daughter, Clara Ford of Seattle, WA, one sister, Emma Lee Cummins of Oakland, CA, three grandchildren, and a host other relatives, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services are Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 11:00 am at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tyrone A. Broomfield, officiating. Pallbearers are Leroy Patton, Izell Block, Elbert Ray Gibbs, Tony Ray Williams, Robert Baldwin and Robert Williams. Burial in Westview Cemetery.
