Mrs. Pinkie Lee Scott, 90, of Eudora, AR passed Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Chicot Memorial Hospital in Lake Village, AR. She was born in McNair, MS to James and Anna Queen-Primus, their only child. She was a Homemaker and a member of Bible Temple Church of God in Christ where she served faithfully on the Mothers' Board until her last days.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband Lee Andrew Scott, Sr., two sons: Robert Earl and George Scott, and her parents. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who truly enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed canning, working in her yard and vegetable garden.
She is survived by four sons: John H. Scott of Eudora, AR; Weaver Scott, wife Dana of Eudora, AR; Lee Scott, wife Emma of El Dorado, AR and Richard Scott, wife Louise of Tupelo, MS; three daughters: Doris Brown, husband Theodis of Hot Springs, AR; Clara M. Scott of Bryant, AR; and Anna L. Keith of Forrest City, AR; twenty grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services are 10:30AM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Ministers Institute with Elder Billy Sherrer, officiating. Pallbearers are Fert Keith, III, Michael Scott, Charles Scott, Richard Scott, Jr., Aaron Terry, Justin Strong, Ronson Jones, and Xavier Jones. Honorary Pallbearers are John H. Scott, Lee A. Scott, Jr., Richard J. Scott, Weaver MacArthur Scott, Danarian Scott, and Tory Bates. Interment will be in Hill Cemetery in Eudora, Arkansas.
Viewing will be 9:30AM-10:30AM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Ministers Institute.
