Mrs. Pauline Vine, 104 of Crossett, AR, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the Ashley County Medical Center. She was born on July 18, 1910 in Clark County, AL to Charlie & Altha Adams Armistead. She worked at Trailway's Bus Station for many years, and she was a custodian for the Crossett School District.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Vine, Jr., seven sisters and two brothers. She loved the Lord and her church. Mrs. Vine was a faithful usher for many years and she also was the church custodian until the church retired her. She also would serve in any capacity her church needed her to fulfill.

She is survived by a special friend and caregiver, Mittie Ree Hawkins of Crossett, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Funeral services are Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11:30 am at First Baptist Church on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Drive with Rev. Curtis Jackson, officiating. Pallbearers are Eddie Hawkins, Jr., Marc Williams, Tony Allen, Jessie Lowe, Cornelius Dawson & Mike Brown. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
