Mrs. Ozell Day, 99 of Lake Village, AR, died Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Lake Village Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was a native of Bonita, LA, a resident of Lake Village, and had formerly lived in Hamburg for approximately five years. She was a homemaker, and was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ Holiness in Hamburg.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mable Stanley, her parents, Sam & Ella Godley Williams, two brothers, Robert & Gennie Williams, two sisters, Lillie Jones & Lucille Hale. Mrs. Day loved the Lord and her family more than anything. She also enjoyed fishing and raising vegetables and flowers.

She is survived by one daughter, Ruthie Tabson, husband Joe of Lake Village, AR, fifteen grandchildren, fifty-six great grandchildren, seventy five great-great grandchildren and a host of other family loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Morning Star Baptist Church (Lakeport Community) with Rev. Elbert Allen, officiating. Pallbearers are Damien Ashford, Marco Harris, Jason Hester, Damonte Stanley, Johnny Stanley & Emmanuel Downs. Honorary pallbearers are the Deacons & Trustees of Morning Star Baptist Church & Deacons of Bethlehem Church of Christ Holiness. Burial in Zion Hill Cemetery in Parkdale, AR.

Visitation Friday, October 3, 2014 from 6-7:30 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home.
