Obituary

Mrs. Minnie Faye Brennon, 69 of Crossett, AR, died Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado. Mrs. Brennon was a native of Hugo, OK, but a resident of Crossett for the past 66 years. She was a retired cashier, and a member of Pine Forest Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Brennon, her parents, Waymond & Leona Cornelison Brantley, one sister, Irene Willis and one brother, D.C. Brantley.

She is survived by one son, Charles D. Brennon of Crossett, AR, three daughters: Karla Addington and Karen, husband Timothy Haas all of Crossett, AR, and Sue Brennon of Snyder, AR, one brother, W.L. Brantley of Brinkley, AR, two sisters, Oleda Gardner of Crossett, AR & Lettie Moore of Camden, AR, thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Pine Forest Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Roy Grantham & Bro. Donnie Dubose officiating. Pallbearers were John lewis, Martin Hopper, Dennis Banks, Mershall Carpenter, Burl Wesley Toler & Jimmy Carpenter. Honorary pallbearers wer Joe Eubanks, William Coleman & Steve Courson. Burial was in Sims Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
