Mattie Lou Tucker, age 82, of Hamburg, AR died Tuesday February 7, 2023, at Nightingale Nursing Facility in Crossett. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ (Holiness). She enjoyed going to church, cooking, sewing (making hats), and traveling.

Ms. Tucker was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years Elder Charles H. Tucker (1999), son Roderick Cook, her parents Jesse Lee and Roxie Robinson Cook, grandson Antonio Tucker (2019), and one sister Annie Lou Cook.

She is survived by two sons Anthony Tucker (Wanda) of Memphis, TN, Myron Tucker of Hamburg, AR, one daughter Janice Tucker, a granddaughter raised as her daughter Sheketha Brumfield (Gary) of St. Gabriel, LA, one brother Joe Henry Tucker wife Joyce of Malvern, AR, three grandchildren Addison, Aliyah, and Quinton Tucker, four great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday February 18, 2023, 11am at Epistle of God Church of Deliverance with Bishop Vernon Kennebrew officiating. Active Pallbearers Mr. Clyde Lenord, Mr. Lawrence Stanley, Ralph Walton, Mr. Lonnell Richardson, Mr. Micheal Harris, and Mr. Alfredie Tucker Jr. Honorary Pallbearers Mr. Addison Tucker, Mr. Braden Brumfield, Mr. Theotis Tucker, Mr. Freddie Tucker, Mr. Gary Brumfield, Mr. Terry Rucker, Mr. Quinton Anderson, Mr. Morris Richardson, Mr. Anthony Tucker, and Mr. Myron Tucker. Burial will be in Johnson Cemetery, Hamburg, AR. Visitation will be Friday 5:30-7 at Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR
