Mrs. Marilynn Lou Grantier, 69 of Monticello, AR, died Monday, January 20, 2014 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. She was a native of Hot Springs, AR and a resident of Monticello for the past 15 years. She was a homemaker and was of the Apostolic faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Wanda Edwards Standiford, and one sister Wanda Lee Standiford. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, John Grantier, one son, Johnathan Grantier of Monticello, AR, one daughter, Shannon Grantier of Monticello, AR, one step-daughter, Chelle Lenz of Hermitage, TN & three sisters, Ernestine Ware, husband Travis of Pearcy, AR, Betty Stroope of Hot Springs, AR, Carol Harrison, husband Dale of Bella Vista, AR, and a host of other family members and friends.

Memorial services are Sunday, January 26, 2014 at 2:30 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donald Manning, officiating.
