Mrs. Margaret Estelle Chandler, 99, of Crossett, AR, died Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the Ashley County Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Crossett, AR, was a homemaker, and was a member of Second Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jessie Ray Chandler, one son, Bobby Ray Chandler, one daughter, Margaret Chandler, two granddaughters, her parents, Abner Morris & Frances "Fannie" Barnett Harrington, six brothers: Robert, Amon, Curtis, Roy, Gerald and Edward Harrington and one sister, Sybill Standridge. Mrs. Chandler loved the Lord, her family and her church family. She also enjoyed fishing, quilting, and gardening.

She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Janett Hall of Washington, five sisters, Francis Blissett & Essie Faye Meyer both of Crossett, AR, Rosie Lee White of North Little Rock, AR, Jessie Mae Harvey of Elberta, AL & Retha Laws of Harrison, AR, one brother, Billy Joe Harrington of Crossett, AR, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 11:00 am at Second Baptist Church, 3134 Highway 169 S., Crossett, with Bro. Travis Roberts & Bro. Lloyd Townsend, officiating. Active pallbearers are Harold Wayne, Kenneth Pennington, Royce Blissett, Keith Harrington, Robert Harrington and James Harrington. Honorary pallbearers are Ronald Dean Forrest, Charles Blissett, Shortey Fife, John Lewis Surratt. Burial in Unity Cemetery.

Visitation Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Second Baptist Church.
