Obituary

Mrs. Mamie Deborah Radford, 89, a life-long resident of Crossett, died Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at Pinewood Health Rehabilitation. Mrs. Radford was a retired school teacher, and a member of Allen Temple Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Elijah Radford, her parents, Daniel & Robbie Brown Warren, two brothers, Urelee Covington & Wayland Warren, and one sister, Juanita Covington.

She is survived by one sister, Cleonia Warren of Crossett, one niece, Robbie Warren of Miami, FL, & one nephew, Darryl & wife, Sandra Gill, of Atlanta, GA, two great-great nieces, Iliscia & Morgan and 2 great-great nephews, Cameron & Aaron and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., at Gates Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, with Rev. Ruby Henderson & Rev. Gregory Nettles officiating. Pallbearers are James Adams, Raymond Blair, Bobby Brown, Donald Baldwin, Columbus Foster, and Percell Freeman. Burial at Westview Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
