Mrs. Louella Woods, 80 of Wilmot, AR, died Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at St. Vincent Health Systems in Little Rock, AR. She was a lifelong resident of Wilmot, a retired Assistant Administrator and Activities Director for Beverly Healhcare in Wilmot, and was a member of John Wesley A.M.E. Zion Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, P.B. Woods and Thelma Harris Allen, one brother, Thurman Allen and one sister, Thelma Allen Spencer. Mrs. Woods was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking, reading and helping others who needed her help.

She is survived by three sons: Lorenzo Woods, wife Doris of Wilmot, AR, Leo Woods of Oakland, CA and Rev. Kenneth Woods, wife Rose of Jessup, MD, three daughters:Rosie Woods of Detroit, MI, Marilyn Woods of Crossett, AR & Patricia Williams of Bastrop, LA, two brothers, Don Woods of New Orleans, LA, Mark Woods of St. Louis, MO, one sister, Sharon Thurman, husband Eric of St. Louis, MO, six grandchildren: Kendrick Raynard Woods, Richard Lasha Lawrence, Santonio Lemon, Lakatisa "Kesha" Price (Toby), Kenneth Lindsey, Jr. (Kamesha), Korell Lindsey (Vernell) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, February 14, 2015, at 1:00 pm at John Wesley A.M.E. Zion Church with Pastor Harriel Shaw, officiating. Pallbearers are Kenneth Lindsey, Jr., Korell Lindsey, Santonio Lemon, Toby Price, Kendrick Woods & Maurice Spencer. Burial in Harris Cemetery.

Visitation Friday, February 13, 2015 from 6-7 pm in the chapel of Cromwell Funeral Home.
