Mrs. Lois Jean Turner, 66 of Montrose, AR, died Monday, January 5, 2015 at her home. She was a native of Portland, AR, was a homemaker, and was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Lewis, her parents, Willis James & Annie Bell Wells Ollison, one brother, John Ollison and one sister, Mary Helen Wilson. Lois enjoyed gardening and fishing, but her family was more important than anything to her.

She is survived by her husband, Bunnis Turner, two sons: Jackie L. Wilson of San Francisco, CA, Ronnie A. Wilson of Fort Worth, TX, three daughters: Bridget Crow of Montrose, AR, Jacqueline Dawson and Markeysha Turner both of San Francisco, CA, three nieces she raised, who called her "Auntie Granny", Andrea Smith, Sheila Smith & Sylvia Morgan, fifteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services are Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm at St. Peter Baptist Church with Rev. Al Brewer, officiating. Pallbearers are Ronnie Wilson, Jackie Wilson, Derrick Dawson, Andrew Stanley, Maurice Stanley and Melvin Stanley. Burial in Providence Cemetery.
