Mr. Lloyd Eugene "Frog" Price, 62, died Thursday, November 04, 2010 at his residence in Snyder, AR. He was a native of Wilmot, AR but a resident of Snyder. He was a retired farmer of Topcat Fishery and a member of the Assembly of God Church. Mr. Price loved outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Mitchell Lee and Pearlie Ballenger Price; one brother: Robert Lewis Price; and one sister: Maddie Rose.

He is survived by one son: Clayton Price and wife Tara; one daughter: LeAnn White; one stepson: Stacy Walters; and one stepdaughter: Gina Cruz all of Hamburg, AR; his companion of 17 years: Ozeal Cruz; four sisters: Mary Francis Langley of Russellville, AR, Ellen Avery, Joyce Wilson, and Betty Price all of Heber Springs, AR; one brother: Floyd Price of Heber Springs, AR; five grandchildren: Kayton, Landon, and Tanner Price, Benjamin Washam and Josie Grace Parker; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 4:00P.M. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Eudora, AR with Rev. Sanders Brooks officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Petey Matthews, Donald Matthews, Pete Matthews, James Matthews, Johnny Hodge, Jacob Roberts, Mike McManus, Soulter Kilcrease, Jimmy Horn, and Johnny Carpenter. Interment will be under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg.
