Linda Cheryl Maxwell age 82 of Arcadia, LA, formerly of Hamburg, AR, transitioned Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Strong, AR and a resident of Hamburg, AR most of her life. Linda was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond 'Hoss' Maxwell, two sons, Randy and Michael 'Mickey' Maxwell, four brothers, Douglas Jr., Rex, Rollie, and Carey Branch; and three sisters, Jean Spraetz, Maudine High, and Betty Branch. She loved doing arts and crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Jake and his wife Bethany Maxwell of Jonesboro, AR, and Ashlee Maxwell of Stuttgart, AR, great grandchildren, Veronica Maxwell, Aria Maxwell, and Kole Mondragon, and daughter-in-law Dana Maxwell.

Graveside service is Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Cleveland Cemetery with Pastor Casey Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Cleveland Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, Arkansas.
