Mrs. Lillie Ruth Tatum, 71, of Crossett, died Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at Ashley County Medical Center. Mrs. Tatum was a native of Strong, AR, but a resident of Crossett for the past 15 years, a homemaker, and a member of the Faith Center Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hurley Tatum, her parents, John Sidney & Roberta Thomas White, one brother, Precell White, one sister, Angel Lee Bradley. She is survived by one son, Hayward Tatum of Crossett, AR, two daughters, Queen Buckner & Sherry Lewis both of Burlington, IA, two brothers, Earnest White of Des Moines, IA & C.T. White of Burlington, IA, one sister, Ella Bea Millsap Tate of Des Moines, IA, 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren & 1 gg-grandchild.

Visitation is Friday 6-7 p.m. at Cromwell Funeral Home. Funeral services are Saturday, November 21, 11 a.m. at Faith Center Church with Bro. Charles Adkins officiating. Pallbearers are L.C. Lewis, Jr., Merquiche Lewis, Carl Lewis, Marquis Daniel, Hayward Tatum, Jr., Mario Tatum. Burial at Ward Chapel Cemetery in Strong, AR, under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc.
