Mr. Leroy Benard Lindsey, age 76 of Wilmot, AR, transitioned Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. He was a lifelong resident of Wilmot and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Lindsey was a retired farmer and construction worker.

He was preceded in death by his parents A.B. and Mamie Lindsey, two brothers Ken & E.D. Lindsey, a sister Mattie Lee Lindsey, and a devoted companion Reddie Marie Raino. Leroy was a devoted father who loved to spend time with his children, family, and friends. He enjoyed telling stories and jokes that made people laugh.

He is survived by a son, Corey and wife Christie Lindsey of Crossett, AR, daughter RaConda and husband Reginald Bass of North Little Rock, AR, bonus sons, Anthony and Steven Raino both of Wilmot, AR, three sisters Delois McDade of Milwaukee, WI, Teresa and husband Robert Turner of Milwaukee, WI, and Jacqueline Bankston of Crossett, AR, six grandchildren Paul and wife Cassity Hawkins, Caleb Lindsey, Caitlyn Lindsey, Kelsey Bass, Kenley Bass, and Derrian Raino, two great-grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, other family members, and friends.

Funeral Service is 11:00 AM Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Union Baptist Church in Wilmot, AR with Rev. Emmanuel Fields officiating. Pallbearers are Dewone Hollins, Chris Sherrer, Kentrell Lindsey, Keith Lindsey, Felix Turner, and Charles Raino. Burial in St. Martha Cemetery in Wilmot under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc of Hamburg.
