Obituary

Leatrice Rogers-Smith, 61 of Lake Village, AR died Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville, MS. She was a native of Lake Village, raised in the Red Leaf Community, a machine operator at Superior Uniform in Eudora, AR, and a member of Christian Liberty Baptist Church.

Proceeded in death by her first husband, Milton Rogers, Jr., her parents, Earnest and Dorothy Lee Taylor- Brown. Leatrice enjoyed shopping, and loved her Church and served on Usher Ministry.

Survived by her husband of seven years, Clarence Smith, Jr., two sons, Maurice Rogers, wife Felicia of Conway, AR, Anthony Copper of Fortworth, TX, five brothers, Earnest Brown, Jr. of Pine Bluff, AR, Curtis Brown, wife Patricia of Columbus, GA, Robert Brown of Benton, AR, James Brown of Lake Village, AR, Ricky Brown, wife Rose of Winnsboro, LA, two sisters, Earnestine Cobb of Tulsa, OK, Susan Brown-Halley of Arlington, TX, twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones.

Services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 11:00 a.m. at Christian Liberty Baptist Church in Lake Village, AR with Rev. Willie J. Farris officiating. Pallbearers are Wallace Mays, Andre Smith, Anthony White, Sr., and Charles Bynum. Honorary Pallbearers are her five brothers. Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2011 from 5-6:00 p.m. at Cromwell Funeral Home. Burial in New Cemetery in Lake Village under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
