Miss Lakesha Montie Carter, 32, of Crossett, AR, died Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was a resident of Crossett, and a member of Union Baptist Church in Wilmot, AR.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, A.D. Davis. Lakesha enjoyed listening to music and talking on the phone.

She is survived by her mother, Gloria Carter, one brother, Cedric Carter, one sister, Micky Gibbs, her maternal grandmother, Hazel Carter of Crossett, AR, one niece, one nephew, special cousins, Ashley Allen, Cameron Carter, Darreonna Carter & Darrelissa Carter and a host of other family, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 11:00 am at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Dean Montgomery, officiating. Pallbearers are Andra Davis, Alfred Davis, Damarius Bridges, Kendrick Martin, Michael Martin & Reshard Jasper. Burial in Westview Cemetery.
