Lajoyce Anderson, 60 of Crossett, AR, died Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett. She was a native and life-long resident of Crossett, a homemaker, and a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Garland "LG" and Vernestine Brown-Edwards, three brothers, Levell, Marcus, and Jimmy Louis Edwards.

Survived by three sons, Melvin Nalls of Delhi, LA, Patrick Nalls of Little Rock, AR, and Reginand Nalls of Crossett, AR, five brothers, Earley Edwards, wife Barbara, Cardell, Wayne, and Eugene Edwards, wife Rita and James Sherwood Edwards all of Crossett, AR, five sisters, Faye Rochelle, husband Marvin of South Holland, IL, Barbara Kay Edward of Chicago, IL, Rose Marie Black, husband Manuel, Lizzie Jean Gibbs, husband Elbert both of Crossett, AR , Annie Pearl Austin of Atlanta, GA, two adopted sisters, Madeline Hindrix of Rockford, IL, and Connie Campbell of Fort Worth, TX, fourteen grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral service is Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at New Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Murlee Carter officiating. Pallbearers are Keith Martin, Carl Williams, Cardell Edward, Jr., Lester Edwards, Reginald Nalls, and Anthony Wood. Visitation from 3-5 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
