Bro. Koyce Kevin Orr "K.K.", 79 of Hamburg, AR, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Vick, AR, a former resident of Little Rock, and a resident of Hamburg for the past two years. He was the former pastor of Faith Revival Center in Crossett, AR and Oak Grove Pentecostal Church in Little Rock, AR. He served in the US Navy and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his son, Koyce Kevin Orr, Jr. in 1994, his parents, Ed & Linnie Smith Orr, three sisters, Juanita Taylor, Vivian Herron & Dee Johnson. For over 20 years, Bro. Orr served God in the evangelistic ministry. He loved to travel, preach and pray.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley Stanley Orr, two sons, Danny Orr of Hamburg, AR and Brad Orr, wife Roxie of Little Rock, AR, six grandchildren and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Funeral services are Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 4:00 pm at Trinity Freewill Baptist Church, 803 Ashley 95 Road, Hamburg with Bro. Kenny Neal and Bro. John William, officiating. Pallbearers are Stanley Fox, Eddie Stanley, Jr., Mark Orr, Shane Fox, Clay McIntyre ane Ethan Burke. Burial in Egypt Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
Visitation Friday, March 21, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Trinity Freewill Baptist Church.
