Mr. Kevin Lamar Thompson, 22 of El Dorado, AR, died Sunday, September 21, 2008 at the Medical Center of South East Arkansas. Mr. Thompson was a native of El Dorado, but a resident of Crossett, and a member of Living Testament COGIC. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ellis & Shirley Thompson and his maternal grandparents, Barbara Ann Pace & Holloway Gantt.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Meadows of Pine Bluff, AR, his father, Donald Thompson of Crossett, AR, three brothers, Donald, wife Sharon Gantt of El Dorado, AR, Lucas Thompson and Jeremy Thompson both of Crossett, AR, three sisters, Corshelia Thompson of Houston, TX, Valerie, husband Delvin Williams and Jasmine, husband Lorenzo Smith all of Crossett, AR and his great-grandmother, Shirley Carroll of El Dorado, AR.

Funeral services are Friday, September 26, 2008 at 1:00 PM at New Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Jesse Radford, Jr., officiating. Visitation Thursday, September 25 from 6-7 PM at Cromwell. Pallbearers are Jeremy Thompson, Lucas Thompson, Delvin Williams, Lorenzo Smith, Jessie Scales, Rico Duff, Steven Jackson & J.H. Hill. Burial in Westview Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
