Mr. Johnny Ray Tucker, 54 of Crossett, AR (White Station Community) died Saturday, September 7, 2013 at University of AR Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. He was a lifelong resident of Ashley County, a custodian for the Crossett School District and was a member of Holly Grove Methodist Church.

Mr. Tucker was preceded in death by his parents, Junior & Lorene Childress Tucker, one brother, Doyle Tucker and one sister, Daisy Gill.

He is survived by two sons: Lazarus Tucker of Hamburg, AR, Derrick Watkins of Crossett, AR, four daughters: Tiffany Tucker, Adrienne Tucker & Sharonda Jenkins of Crossett, AR, Deshauna Tucker of Little Rock, AR, two brothers, Henry & Gene Tucker both of Crossett, AR, three sisters: Lurlene Hollins, husband Haywood & Mary Washington all of Crossett, AR, Mearl Washington, husband Roosevelt of Bastrop, LA, eight grandchildren, a very special friend, Linda Watkins and a host of other family, loved ones and friends.

Funeral services are Friday, September 13, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Ryles Chapel A.M.E. Church with Rev. James Green, officiating. Pallbearers are Jessie Tucker, Jr., Reggie Tucker, Doyle Tucker, Jr., David Hampton, Wilson Owens & Patrick Washington. Honorary pallbearers are the Crossett High School Class of 1977. Burial in Ryles Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
