Mr. Johnny Ray Bennett, 64, of Hamburg, AR died Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett.  He was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, a log truck driver, and of the Baptist Faith.

He is preceded in death by his children's mother, Ruby Singleton; his father, Earnest Grayson; and his mother, Ernestine Bennett-Arrington.  Johnny was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  When he was younger, he loved riding motorcycles.

He is survived by 4 sons, Todd Cox, wife Brenda, of Hamburg, AR, Tim Bennett, wife Jacqueline, of Fisher, IN, Tony Singleton, wife Cecelia, and Tyrone Bennett, wife Erica, both of Mansfield, TX; 2 daughters, Latish Johnson, husband Lonnie, of Conway, AR and Adrian Webb, husband Matt, of Arlington, TX; 3 brothers, Rick Arrington, of Little Rock, AR, Ernnie Grayson, and Vernnie Grayson, both of Milwaukee, WI; four sisters, Florine Jasper, of Hamburg, AR, Karen Arrington, of Pine Bluff, AR, Ruby Arrington, of McGehee, AR, and Kisha Grayson, of Milwaukee, WI; 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; his significant other, Tammy Jacobs; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Memorial Service will be Friday, July 17, 2020, 2:00 p.m., at Cromwell Funeral Home, 600 E. St. Louis Hamburg, with Rev. Willie R. Taylor officiating.   Honorary pallbearer is Curtis Howard.
