John Lee Nord Jr., age 81, of Crossett, AR, died Saturday, April 16th, 2022, at his home in Crossett. He's a native of Crossett, AR, and worked as a paralegal. He was of the Baptist faith, and he was proceeded in death by his partner of thirty years, Rosie Lee "Jackie" Bowens, his parents, John and Feblean Hatter-Nord, a brother, LeVoyce Nord, and three sisters, Lucille Nord-Portis, Jerlean Childs, and Margie Devose.

John enjoyed playing music and reading his bible. He is survived by three sons, Kenneth J. Nord of Atlanta, GA, John A. Nord, wife Sharon, of Manifee, CA, and Keith Nord, wife Lekesha, of Oakley, CA, a daughter, Vanjia Gaither, husband Roosevelt, of Arlington, TX, a sister, Evelyn Robinson of Antioch, CA, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
