John Larry Loftis' Obituary
Mr. John Larry Loftis, 84, of Crossett, AR, died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at Pinewood Health & Rehabilitation. He was a lifelong resident of Crossett, AR, a retired mechanic for Shell Oil Company, and was of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Boston Loftis, his parents, Charlie Sr. & Peral Smith Loftis, and one sister, Ruth Blackmon. Mr. Loftis was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting & crappie fishing.
He leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Craig Loftis of Chicago, IL, one daughter, Charmaine Loftis-Cothra, husband Jeffrey of Chicago, IL, one brother, Charlie Loftis, JR., wife Francis of Union Pier, MI and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Graveside funeral services will be Monday, August 25, 2015 at 11:00 am at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Curtis Jackson, officiating.
