Mr. John Allen Daniels, 71 of Montrose, AR died Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Chicot Memorial Hospital in Lake Village, AR. He was a native of Phoenix, AZ but a resident of Montrose. He was a retired bus driver for the Lake Village School District.

He was preceded in death by one son: John Allen Daniels, Jr.; his parents: Willie and Verlie Baker Daniels; and one brother: Willie Daniels, Jr.

He is survived by his wife: Dorothy Daniels of Montrose, AR; two sons: Mike and Charlie Daniels both of Lake Village, AR; six daughters: Joyce, Darlene, Susie, Mollie, Rose, and Pearl Daniels all of Lake Village, AR; one brother: Howard Daniels of Lake Village, AR; two sisters: Geneva Daniels of Lake Village, AR and Willie Mae Burks of Greenville, MS; twenty-eight grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Interment will be Friday, November 19, 2010 at Montrose Cemetery at 10:00A.M. under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg.
