Jo Anna Ward, 30, of Crossett, AR died Tuesday April 14, 2020 in a vehicle accident west of Crossett.  She was a lifelong resident of Crossett, a former security guard at Ashley County Medical Center, and a member of North Crossett First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Billy Brooks.  Jo Anna enjoyed catfishing, deer hunting, and shopping.

She is survived by a son, Jacob Allen Barnes, of Crossett, AR;  a daughter, Brinley Yawn, of Crossett, AR; her parents, J. Allen and Lois Ward, of Crossett, AR; her paternal grandparents, James and Kathleen Ward, of Crossett, AR; her maternal grandmother, Jackie Brooks, of Picayune, MS; two sisters, Tia Smith, husband Matt, of Hot Springs, AR and Keyla Castleberry, husband Danny, of Crossett, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Graveside service will be Thursday, April 16, 2020, 2:00 p.m., at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Bro. Robin Allen officiating.  Honorary Pallbearers are Danny Castleberry, Dewey Ward, Jacob Ward, Cody Smith, Collin Smith, and Matt Smith.
