Jhirmek Santrel Pugh, 30 of Crossett, AR, died Friday, February 17, 2012 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Crossett and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in the old Crossett Camp community. Jhirmekeyo loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved singing, writing his own music, and spending time on his computer.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Odessa Whitehead-Allen.

Survivors include his mother Sandra "Sand" Lewis, husband Lexie of Crossett, AR, father, Billy Allen, wife Lawanda of Crossett, AR, one brother, Antrel Pugh of Crossett, AR, one sister, Ashle Allen of Crossett, AR, maternal grandparents, Billy and Juanita Gibbs of Crossett, AR, step-grandparents, Nathaniel and Almeda Blake of Crossett, AR, companion, Tasha Dixon, and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at New Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Taylor officiating. Pallbearers are Cornelius Dawson, Rodney Hendrix, J.T. Harris, Nakia Tucker, Brad Hayes, Hayward Tatum, Jr., Bruce Wright, and J.P. Wright. Honorary pallbearers are the Crossett High School Class of 2001. Visitation Friday, February 24, 2012 from 6-8:00 P.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Nimmons Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
