Jessie Lee Polk, age 66 of Parkdale, AR, died Friday, September 29, 2017 at Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett.

Mr. Polk was preceded in death by his father, George Polk; his aunt, Equillio Watson, who raised him; one sister, Georgia Jean Watkins and two brothers, Fred Jones and Eddie Weathers.  Jessie enjoyed working on radios, lawn mowers and bicycles.  He believed that he could fix anything.

He is survived by his mother, Ever Lee Polk Weathers of Hot Springs, AR; eight sisters, Jessie Mae Polk of Hamburg, AR, Ruby Jones and Wilson Lene Weathers of Hot Springs, AR and Jeannie Mae Brown, Jeannie Lee Brown, Jo Anne Banks, Jeannette Brown and Jamie McBride, all of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Allen Weathers of Hot Springs, AR and Eugene Brown of St. Louis, MO.

Services are 1:00pm on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is in Union Grove Cemetery located in Parkdale.  Viewing will be from 1:00-5:00pm on Wednesday.
