Mrs. Janice Robinson, age 64 of Portland, AR., died Saturday April 29, 2023, at CHI St Vincent Health System in Little Rock, AR. She was a native of Wilmot but a resident of Portland for the past 38 years, a homemaker, and a member of Brown Temple Baptist Church. Janice was a devoted wife of 38 years to Louis Robinson and a loving mother to her children. Before her health failed she loved cooking and watching her favorite TV Shows, In The Heat Of The Night and Family Feud.

Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her parents Willie (1966) and Vessie McDade Goodwin (1988), a brother Willie Goodwin Jr. (2020), and a sister Freddie Mae Dozier (2018).

She leaves to cherish her memories husband Louis Robinson of Portland, AR., two sons Camero Goodwin Sr. of Bentonville, AR., Tabien Goodwin of Atlanta, GA., goddaughter Barbara Jackson of Wilmot, AR., three brothers James Goodwin Toledo, OH., Kenneth Goodwin wife Gridie of Gary, IN., and Walter Goodwin wife Rena of Sioux City, IA., five sisters Evelyn Willis of Gary, IN., Margaret Thompson of Brooklyn, NY, Ethel Mae White of Toledo, OH., Coral Lewis husband Charles of Gary, IN., and Janet Dooley of Wilmot, AR., three grandchildren Sazon Paige, Camero Goodwin Jr., and Rocareon Goodwin.

Funeral Services will be Sunday May 7, 2023, at 2:30 PM at #2 Missionary Baptist Church Portland, AR. with Pastor Kentrell Woods officiating. Pallbearers are Willis Robinson, Ervin Goodwin Jr., Kenneth Goodwin Jr., Trent Wilson, Eddie Collins Jr., and Thurnell Hymes. Visitation will be from 4:00-5:30 Saturday May 6, 2023, at Cromwell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Second Baptist Cemetery in Wilmot, AR under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home Inc. of Hamburg.
