Janice Lowe affectionately known as "Pookie," 49 of Hamburg, AR died Friday July 1, 2022, at her home. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and worked at Town & Country as a cook.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ellis Lowe Sr., maternal grandfather Robert Cox Sr., paternal grandparents Flander Lowe and Lovie Lowe, two brothers Lamont Lowe and Victor Lowe Sr., and grandson Ja'Sean Lowe. Janice loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed fishing and listening to music.

She is survived by, one son Flanders Lowe of Hamburg, AR, three daughters Kayla Lowe of Crossett, AR, Lakela Randolph and Jalisa Nelson both of Hamburg, AR., her mother Mary Brown (JW), five brothers, Sadoc Ben-Israel Darwin (Yakira-Felissa) of LaPlace, LA., Ellis Lowe Jr and Daniel Lowe both of Douglas, GA, and Gaige Lowe-Griffin of Hazelhurst, GA., two sisters Jennie Brown of Hamburg, AR and Jaquaunt Lowe of Atlanta, GA., two bonus sisters Tanzinia Brown of Fayetteville, AR and Angela Brown of Crossett, AR., her grandmother Mardell Cox seven grandchildren, Jaiven, Jailah, Jailen, Jeremiah, Jaidah, K'Niya, and Jasiah, a close nephew Aaron Brown and and special niece Ariel Blakely, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be July 8, 2022, at 11:00 A.M at the Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Sadoc Ben Israel Darwin officiating. Active Pallbearers are Mark Simpson, Ladonldson Brewer, Eugene Wimberly, Andravyon Forest, Brandon Prewitt, and Chris Stanley. Honorary Pallbearers the Hamburg High School Class of 1992.

Burial in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc. of Hamburg, AR.
