Mrs. Jacqueline Sanders-Johnson, 61 of North Little Rock, AR, died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Baptist Health Hospital in North Little Rock, AR. She was a native of Hamburg, AR, a former resident of Oakland, CA, and had resided in the Little Rock area for the past 18 years. She was a former Data Entry Supervisor for Little Rock School District and a member of Greater Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock, AR.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Sanders, her biological father, Sanders "Sambo" Lowe, her biological mother, Beatrice Pugh and her sister, Martha Roseanne Lowe. She enjoyed sewing and studying God's Word.
She is survived her husband, Donald Johnson, one son, Elbert K. Sanders of Brooklyn, NY, one daughter, Triwanna M. Sanders of Hamburg, AR, her father, Eld. Elbert H. Sanders of Hamburg, AR, two grandchildren, Shenita R. King of Hamburg, AR & Reggie A. King of Little Rock, AR, six brothers: Winford Pugh, wife Joyce and Carnell Pugh all of Houston, TX, Arlanders Lowe, wife Janice of Tulip, AR, James Lowe, wife Wanda of Carthage, AR, Rodney Lowe of Memphis, TN & Ronald Lowe of Houston, TX, six sisters: Dorthea St. Clair, husband Sherman of North Little Rock, AR, Glenda Pugh & Margie Pugh of Houston, TX, Karen Lowe, Carrie Lowe & Angela Lowe all of Little Rock, AR, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Funeral services are Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church with Eld. Cleo Nellum & Eld. Robert Adams, Jr. officiating. Pallbearers are James Tucker, Tommy Walker, Earnest Jacob, Brian Jacob, Arlanders Lowe & James Lowe. Visitation from 6-7 pm Friday, September 28 at Cromwell Funeral Home. Burial in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the directions of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
