Mrs. Imogean "Jean" Bradford Nichols, 80 of Crossett, AR, died Friday, September 12, 2014 at the Ashley County Medical Center. She was born on October 27, 1933 in Banks, AR. She was a retiree of AVA Vending Company, and was a member of the Church of Christ on Pine Street in Crossett.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Doyle Eugene Nichols, an infant granddaughter, Shannon Anette Carter, her parents, Buford and Pearl Boyette Bradford and one brother, J. R. Bradford. Mrs. Nichols loved her family, gardening and cooking.
She is survived by one son, Tommy Ray Nichols of Little Rock, AR, two daughters, Donna Jean Delozier & Terri Lynn Haygood, husband John all of Crossett, AR, one sister, Alice Goza, husband Larry of Magnolia, AR, two grandchildren, Gregory Carter and Staci Tumey, husband David, one great-granddaughter, Ali Tumey, a niece, Janet Warren, husband Ricky and a large extended family including friends and loved ones.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Goza officiating.
