Mr. Hubert Lee Maxwell, 64 of Hamburg, AR, died Thursday, May 21, 2009 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Ashley County, a retired truck driver and a member of Southside Baptist Church. He loved to visit with friends and cook.He was preceded in death by his parents: Jonn & Willie Allison Maxwell, three brothers: Raymond "Hoss", Wayne & George Harold Maxwell and one sister, Florine McLeod.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Janice Maxwell, two sons, Greg, wife Carla Maxwell & Alan, wife Fran Maxwell all of Hamburg, AR, three brothers: Robert Maxwell & John Henry Maxwell both of Hamburg, AR, Pete, wife Christine Maxwell of Cabot, AR, and four grandchildren: Nicole, Tyler, Adam & Connor Maxwell.

Funeral Services are Sunday, May 24, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Cromwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Griffin, officiating. Visitation Saturday, May 23 from 6-8 at Cromwell Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Trapper Holland, Jerry Skender, Doug Wood, Johnny William Pierce, Mike Ogden, Randy Tomerlin, Dean Hill & Dan Stark. Honorary pallbearers are Claude Riley, Jr. & Mike Stanley. Burial in Crossroads Cemetery.
