Henry Parker, Jr., age 94 of Wilmot, died Friday, February 18, 2011 at Lake Village Rehab Care Center. He was a lifelong resident of Wilmot and retiree of Georgia Pacific Plywood Mill and a deacon at First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Lonnie Hunter Parker, his parents: Henry and Maggie Waters Parker, five brothers: George, Thurman, Arthur, Cleotha, Stokes and one sister: Pearl Lindsey.

He is survived by three sons: Kenneth R. Woods and wife Rose of Sykesville, MD and Leo Patrick Woods and wife Veronica of Oakland, CA, and Santonio Lemon of Dallas, TX, two daughters: Gwendolyn Wilder of Chicago, IL and Pricilla Lemon of Monroe, LA, one sister: Woodzell Nancy Moore of Wilmot, AR, one granddaughter: Lisa Wilder.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church in Wilmot, AR. Pallbearers include: Carl Mackie, Kenneth Evans, Cleveland Parker, Herbert Shelton, Charles Kitchen and Robert Kitchen. Honorary Pallbearers include: Santonio Lemons, Korell Lindsey, Kenneth Lindsey, Jr., Kenneth Woods, Toby Price, Leo Woods and Lorenzo Woods. Interment will be at Second Baptist Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, February 25th at Cromwell Funeral Home from 6:00-7:00pm.
