Henry "Papa Duck" Carolina, 86 of Montrose, AR transitioned Sunday November 16, 2025, at Lake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lake Village, AR. He was a native of Boydell, AR, but a resident of Montrose for over fifty years. He was a member of the Full Gospel Outreach Ministry and a retired farm laborer.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Carolina, son, Sedric Thomas, seven sisters, Nebraska Carolina, Merle Watts, Aretha Moseby, Dorothy Bethune, Evelyn Cleary, Johnnie Mae Oliver, and Monzella Rowels four brothers, James, Louis, Jewel, and William Carolina, and his parents, Will and Clara Carolina.

He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years Veargia Carolina, three sons, Henry Carolina, Jr. of Eldorado, AR, Edward Charles Carolina of Detroit, MI, Quintin Carolina wife Sonnie of Dallas, TX, and Charles Culbreath wife LaTonda of Eldorado, AR, six daughters, Cherry Brown husband Jimmy Jo of Dermott, AR, Ethel Lee Carolina of Milwaukee, WI, Shirley Ann Carolina and Loretta Carolina both of Little Rock, AR, Carolyn Carolina of Saint Joseph, MO, Erica Duckery husband Kevin of Wilmot, AR, and Katrina Carolina of Texarkana, TX, one sister Tretha Woods of Montrose, AR, forty-five grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Visitation is Friday November 21, 2025, from 5:00-6:00 P.M. at Cromwell Funeral Home. Funeral service is Saturday November 22, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Montrose Missionary First Baptist Church in Montrose, AR with Pastor Jim Hadley officiating. Pallbearers are Eric Taylor, Dehz Culbreath, Don People, Anthony Hadley, Sedric Thomas, Jr., and Marcus Brown. Honorary pallbearers are the Grandsons. Burial in Montrose Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg, AR.
